The present invention relates to an intelligence based text to speech method and particularly relates to a text-to-speech conversion method to synthesize a speech with a high degree of intelligibility and naturalness. The present invention more particularly relates to a speech to text method with inclusion and conversion of numeral characters into lexical 10 characters to enhance an efficiency of the conversion.
