1. Technology Overview
The present invention discloses an apparatus for detecting and determining cation plant macronutrients to control nutrient level of plants in real time comprising of a microcontroller a voltage readout circuit ; a data converter ; an internet access; a potentiometric cell which further comprising: a solid state reference electrode and a cation sensing electrode. The solid state reference electrode comprising of 0.1 weight percent to 50 weight percent of lipophilic borate and 0.1 weight percent to 50 weight percent of lipophilic ammonium salts and the cation sensing electrode comprising of 0.5 weight percent to 5 weight percent of lipophilic radical selected from the group of 1,3-dicarbonyl, 1,4-dicabonyl or the combination of both. The apparatus detected and determined cation plant 15 macronutrients selected from the group consists of potassium, K, calcium, Ca, and magnesium, Mg.
